A unique taste of the outback, with a combination of roasted Saltbush leaves, Desert Raisin, Wattleseed,Lemon Myrtle, Mountain Pepper, salt and garlic. To be used as seasoning, in sauces and casseroles or as a sprinkle over bread, meat, vegetables or pasta dishes.

This range of native food products is promoting the Australian native food industry by developing a network of production sites within traditional Aboriginal communities.The cultivation of Australian native food provides indigenous Australians with jobs and training in horticulture and the food industry. In this way, the project also acknowledges the intellectual property of the traditional uses of bush foods.
